Unless otherwise specified, all projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. In order to keep our services accessible, we've created interest-free payment plans for all of our project-based services. Most projects can be broken into 2, 4, or 6 monthly payments.

At the conclusion of your website project, we'll provide training to enable you to confidently make updates and changes to your website. We also offer 30 days of post-launch support to address any technical issues.

How will we communicate?
Since schedules vary, email is our preferred method of communication. Please keep in mind, prompt response times are highly important to keep all projects completed on time.

Can I add a store to my website?
Yes! We specialize in WooCommerce site design. We can integrate your store and payment gateway for an additional fee. We offer WooCommerce design packages if you're in need of a comprehensive and integrated e-commerce solution.
